Lisa is a Solicitor and Civil Mediation Council Registered Mediator in both Civil & Commercial Disputes and in Workplace & Employment disputes.
She has practised as a solicitor for over 33 years, qualifying in 1993.
Her expertise is in litigation and dispute resolution, much of it gained in local government (Senior Litigation Solicitor - Employment and Litigation at Dorset County Council now the Dorset Council), and acting for large public sector employers including the Dorset Fire Authority and the Combined Dorset and Wiltshire Fire Authority and also the Dorset Police for over 10 years. She regularly advises companies and individuals both locally, in the South West and throughout England and Wales.
Lisa has a wealth of experience having conducted complex litigation within courts and tribunals including within Employment Tribunals. This experience and expertise are invaluable to her as she is able to quickly understand the issues in dispute, her clients position, needs, and then to advise.
Lisa is caring, empathetic and compassionate. She has been described as being "subtly persuasive" in her ability to negotiate favourable outcomes for clients.
Lisa is a strong advocate of the mediation process as she fully appreciates the considerable advantages that mediation offers in comparison with litigation.


Deborah Schmieder

Deborah completed her training in London and qualified in May 2004.
Deborah specialises in family law and children matters and is a member of Resolution.
Deborah is known for being approachable, patient and a good listener, which are skills greatly appreciated by clients who are distressed by their personal circumstances.

Gita Duggal

Gita Duggal qualified as a solicitor in 2011. Gita is an accredited member of the Law Society Family Panel and prior to and since qualification has been practising in Family Law.
Gita has a wealth of experience of over 15 years.

Prior to working as a consultant Gita worked at various firms as a supervising solicitor as well as working for a firm where she was responsible for managing the family department and building and heading up the children department.
Gita’s experience also includes dealing with high-net-worth clients involving substantial properties, businesses and pensions
