Your Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in civil and/or commercial litigation cases

  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings et al.

  • Attend court hearings, mediations and negotiations on behalf of clients

  • Analyse complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients

  • Collaborate with our legal team when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor/advanced paralegal with significant legal experience

  • Proven track record of handling cases independently and achieving favourable outcomes for clients

  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills

  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload and prioritise tasks effectively
